Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel their subscription at any time from the Billing section in their account dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your paid period.
• After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
• No partial month refunds for unused days in the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

• 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription.
• If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at contact@depify.io for a full refund.
• After 14 days, no refunds are available for subscription fees already charged.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds are not available for: partial months, plan downgrades, or account suspensions due to policy violations.

3. How to Cancel

1. Log in to your Depify account at https://depify.io/app.
2. Go to Settings → Billing.
3. Click "Cancel Subscription."
4. Confirm cancellation.
5. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Data Retention After Cancellation

• Your monitoring data, webhook events, flag configurations, and schema snapshots are retained for 30 days after your subscription ends.
• After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
• You can request immediate data deletion by contacting contact@depify.io.
